Long version of Brook's story
Short version of Brook's story
Ask the people you care about when they last went to the doctor or had a check-up for their health.
1-If it's been more than a year, give them a little nudge or keep reminding them until they make an appointment.
2- If it's been less than a year, this is great! However ask them when is their next schedule appointments .
3-Put all their appointments in your phone's calendar and set reminders so you can help them remember.
I know they're good at taking care of you, but sometimes they might forget about themselves because they're so busy.
Be bold and share this information everyone you know, especially those that are your age.
Consistently repeat A and B until the whole world has heard this message.
