prostate cancer Awareness Month
After surviving a cancer scare in 2017 and losing his mother and brother to the disease in 2020, Nathan questioned why so many suffer from cancer despite billions spent on research and treatment. His research led to the conclusion that early detection is crucial for all diseases. In 2021, he began sharing this life-saving message, and in July 2023, Keep it Checked formally registered as a non-profit foundation. Over the last 12 months, he has continued to innovate different conduits to bring awareness and funding to the foundation:
October 2023: Launched "Health Guardians," an initiative to encourage young children to help their loved ones understand the importance of making and keeping their annual physicals and health screenings.
March 2024: Introduced "Good News Transportation," providing dependable and predictable transportation to the Southwest Florida area.
Nathan's deep commitment to strategic planning, innovative solutions, and helping others with the Keep it Checked foundation mirrors the qualities he demonstrated for the past 40 in his real estate and insurance career. These qualities and his energy are evident in everything he commits to.
